WILMINGTON, DE – While making our way up I-95 as part of our Eastern Excursion leg we stopped for a couple of days just outside of Wilmington, DE. Though none of us knew many people in the area I hit up Michael Parag, a principled freedom fighter whom I had met at the 2008 Porcupine Freedom Festival.

Mike joined us for dinner both nights – the first in MARV, where he drops a bit of knowledge about gun control (aka victim disarmament) and where, similar to the cooking done in our In the Mojave Desert video, we show what a pretty typical evening for MHD entails, and the second time at a nearby Buffalo Wild Wings after which we accompanied him to his residence where we worked and hung out. And where, the next morning, I got in a quick workout using the playground equipment a block away.

This past weekend Mike was one of the 500+ people that descended upon Roger’s Campground in Lancaster, NH for the 2009 Porc Fest and he plans to make the move to the “Live Free or Die” state by year’s end.
