New Tattoos
Yesterday Jason and I got new ink (which means I now officially have more tats than guns). How were we able to afford that with our tight budget you ask? Through the goodwill of a fellow liberty-lover, Leah.
Leah is an apprentice at Skin Illustrations Tattoo in Cookstown, New Jersey. She is also the beautiful wife of the awesome Dan Patrick who hosted the Fr33 Agents Meetup earlier that night.
Though Jason and I had bounced ideas for our tattoos off each other and other friends over the past couple of weeks it wasn’t until we neared the tattoo studio that we decided on our designs. As Dan drove us to the studio I read quotes from LibertarianQuotes.com to Jason for ideas. And though he was initially leaning toward getting something from Ghandi he decided on:
When freedom is outlawed . . . Only outlaws will be free
Pretty badass.

For a longtime now I’ve been thinking of getting Molon Labe so that was definitely near the top of my list. So too was Lysander Spooner’s Vices are not crimes (with the words “are not” replaced by a crossed-out “=“ sign). But what I decided on, thanks to the comment given by Crasher John Duffy on Bureaucrash Social was something that communicates what I’m about in one word: “Sovereign” (that, from top-down fades from gold/yellow to black).

A HUGE debt of gratitude goes to Leah for sharing her time and talent with us. Not only did she spend the time with the tattoo gun in her hand but she also used her creativity to craft custom tats for us, which we fell in love with immediately. Any of y’all living in/around Jersey or Philly and thinking about getting ink, do yourself a favor pay her a visit. And for those of you already in New Hampshire, you won’t have to wait long to get as her and Dan (and son Liam) plan to make the move later this year.
And thanks also to Justin, the owner of Skin Illustrations, for putting up with us. Not only did we have a great convo about individual rights and the role (if any) of government and about different philosophies, but he offered to help us out if we found ourselves in a jam. Back at ya buddy.

Amazing post! Seems like a really great beginning to this amazing adventure of yours – I’ll definitely recommend Leah to my friends in the area.
Those are some amazing tattoos. They’re making me really want to get some ink myself. The quote Jason got is among the finalists for when the day comes.
I plan on getting the ama-gi symbol tattooed where you have your Sovereign tat.
Nice! I used to live just south of Philly (now in SoCal). Weren’t always the best artists in my area, so good that you found some.

one. Your possess internet site presents you much more credit score and can make you much more specialist. The amount of affiliate entrepreneurs is escalating all the time and only people who have their very own areas on the net will stand out from the other individuals. There must be a variation between critical marketers and opportunists that will vanish faster or later on.
