Peter Schiff on his father, Irwin Schiff
While driving through Darien, CT I stopped by to visit Peter Schiff at Euro Pacific Capital, his brokerage firm. Schiff is well known for making correct predictions about the failing economy thanks to his knowledge in Austrian economics. During this interview he spoke at length about his father Irwin Schiff who led a tax resistance movement before he was put in a cage by the federal government. Pete Schiff is currently considering running for the Senate in Connecticut against longtime Senator Chris Dodd.
I’m not a fan of democracy but I’d watch a debate between Chris Dodd, who loves government, and Peter Schiff, who as you can see in the interview above, has very little use for it.

The federal judges are paid by tax collections from the IRS. Of course the judges are going to support government power. They are evil, and Irwin is good.
No doubt the world would be a better place if good always triumphed over evil.
Excellent interview, thanks to all.
I’m astonished that Peter found judges who admitted, off the record, that Irwin Schiff is right. Of course he’s right, but it’s amazing any judge would say so.
What a crock of hypocrisy! They, or some of them, know the law says X but insist publicly it says non-X, and imprison people for refusing to join them in the lie.
Such is the core of government justice. Such is government.
