Philly Meetup Recap
Thursday night we had a solid meetup in Philly and an equally awesome hangout session afterward. It was Adam’s first visit to the city and the folks we met – some of whom Jason and I have known for a couple of years, representing many diverse perspectives – were sharp, passionate and entrepreneurial. And I would even go so far as to say some of those present will be among the new crop of leaders in the libertarian movement.

A special thanks goes to Aaron Moyer who arranged for an awesome parking spot around the corner from the meetup location, to Michelle Potter who hosted what was one of our best post-meetup hangouts since we hit the road and to Rick Schlesinger for being a badass.

I’m so proud of the PFF and all the Philadelphia student groups! They’re doing an awesome job keeping the cause of liberty alive and well in the home of the Declaration of Independence!
Also figured it’s worth a shout out here that Aaron was the first winner of the Students For Liberty Student of the Year award this past February! We’re going to be seeing his name a lot in the liberty movement for a while.
What is that symbol on Rick’s shirt (and tattoo)? I have seen it before, but never knew what it is or what it meant. Thanks.
