MHD Meetups in the Making
LYNDONVILLE, VT – A couple of weeks back we published our itinerary for the next few months, at which point we’ll have hit 43 of the lower-48 states. In most of those states we have at least one meetup, which is the impetus for this post.
Thanks to the diligence of Ryan Maddox and Adam Mueller we now have Facebook Events created for each meetup along the route. For some stops we’ve already identified a willing point-person but for other stops we still need to connect with someone on the ground.
Take a look at the list below and if you see that we’re coming to your town/area it’d be great to meet you. And if it’s a stop w/o a point-person and you want to help us by suggesting a venue (ideally one which we could park MARV nearby) and helping to get the word out, let us know by leaving a comment below with your city or find me or Jason on Facebook We also have a team working behind the scenes (thanks Mike, Allison, Adam and Leah) to connect with media outlets, which could help get more folks turned out.
Note that our schedule allows for a bit of flexibility, so we may, for example, add a stop if it’s on the way or drop/consolidate stops.

@Mike – good call but I don’t think we’ll get that far west in WI this time around. Were we to be driving from Milwaukee to the Twin Cities as we’d planned on doing (now we’re heading to Jones Co., MS for our court date so had to change our route) we would definitely stop by and see you and your crew. That said we make a trip to Madison during the second week of Aug.
