NEW ORLEANS, LA – Last week during our “Return to Jones County” (pics) we posted a daily recap of what we’d been up to. We thought it worth the time to do this to keep folks abreast of our going-ons related to our pending court date.

Since then, we’ve had an internal conversation about whether we should continue this practice – should we write a daily recap to make the diaries portion of MHD more real-time?

We can see the pros and cons of the options and wanted to get your input. Recognize that like anything – there are tradeoffs. Us taking time to do a recap post means just a bit less time to edit videos or tag photos, for example.

We’ve gotten feedback in the past that folks want to hear more personal rambling-type posts to really emphasize the thing that sets MHD apart from most projects – our mobility. The daily recap posts would highlight what we do to keep MHD running. Yet, now with the addition of Tumblr to our arsenal, one could argue that such posts would would only duplicate earlier work and therefore is not needed.
