Border Problems? It Seems MHD Isn’t Alone
JACKSON, WI – Over the past couple of weeks we’ve shared a number of posts that underscore the ridiculousness of arbitrary political boundaries – both at the international level and the state level. In the last 24hours I’ve received three stories from three friends that demonstrate that we at MHD are not alone in seeing the negative implications caused by the belief in these borders.
- Canadian band stopped at border – tells of a Canadian band scheduled to perform in Vermont that were turned away after they had been fingerprinted and treated “like criminals” since they hadn’t filled out the proper paperwork. Thanks to Mark Tucci for passing this along.
- Ejected from the U.S. (video above) – tells of a man who took the wrong turn when in Detroit and found himself entering Canada across the Ambassador Bridge. The big problem was: he had a firearm in his vehicle. Thanks to for Jack McHugh for passing this along.
- Brian Aitken Faces 7 Years In Prison for Owning a Gun Legally/Lost Custody of Son – Tells of a man who legally bought/owned firearms in Colorado and was arrested after being given incorrect information from New Jersey State Police, where he had moved. Thanks to Brian Aitken for passing this along.
What could fix these rights-violations you ask? Watch the video below and think for yourself (note that I personally think it ends on a note that’s a bit too pessimistic, especially after considering the arguments proffered in the video itself):

“ridiculousness of arbitrary political boundaries”
What would be less ridiculous or less arbitrary? Personal property boundaries?
Marc Emery?
He didn’t even have to cross a border to have American Leviathan grab him and rescind his liberty.
No more Canadian border bureaucrats! Come back to southern California and we can go search for liberty in Mexico instead.
